Limes and Whyte Cafe and Interiors is a laid-back, community-friendly spot tucked along Station Road in Kiveton Park, Sheffield. This is a cafe where locals pop in for a relaxed bite, a comforting coffee, or a catch-up over something homemade and fresh. Expect a warm welcome from staff who know many of their regulars by name and maintain a bright, inviting atmosphere that balances casual comfort with a touch of personal flair—partly thanks to a display of local glass art and unique cards available for browsing.

The menu leans into classic cafe fare with a homey twist: from satisfying cheese and ham toasties to a range of paninis like bacon, brie & cranberry or mozzarella, pesto & tomato, all priced reasonably around the £5 mark. On quieter mornings or weekend brunches, the bacon sandwiches often get a nod for their solid, fresh preparation that’s just right without any fuss. Those looking for something sweet will find the bakery side a treat, particularly if you’re celebrating—birthday cakes and scones with jam and cream have earned repeat customers for their homemade feel and balanced flavors.

Limes and Whyte works well for a variety of local uses. It’s a go-to for takeaway treats like sausage rolls and quiches to pack for work or school, but also welcomes visitors who want to linger over an afternoon tea in the clean, comfortable seating area. The cafe’s dog-friendly policy adds to its community vibe, making it a spot where even four-legged friends feel considered without hassle.

Early to mid-mornings and early afternoons tend to be lively times, often with a mix of familiar faces and newcomers. You’ll find the conversations tend to be easygoing and often sprinkled with laughter, giving the place a welcoming rhythm that fits well with the neighborhood’s more relaxed pace. If you’re after a straightforward, quality coffee stop paired with no-nonsense homemade food and a touch of local character, Limes and Whyte delivers.

Home made, delicious food and cakes. Reasonable prices and friendly service. The afternoon teas are amazing and again reasonably priced.

Can't remember when I enjoyed a hot sandwich as much as the one I got from here this morning. Quality ingredients (plenty of sausage + bacon & an egg) and exceptional value for money (£3.30). Wrapped in foil for takeout and popped in a bag with serviette. Very pleasant and friendly proprietor, can't recommend highly enough. Will be back (and trying the full English next time).

I have been in here a couple of times whilst working on a nearby property. Top quality food! Great sandwich deal, full of elderly customers which is always a good sign. Very polite and helpful lady behind the counter working hard. Highly recommend ⭐ ⭐ ⭐⭐⭐

Friendly local cafe in Kiveton Park. Had a full English breakfast, which was freshly cooked, tasted good, and great value. Will go back if in Kiveton Park and looking for a breakfast
